Shipping policy
Shipping, local delivery/pick-up, and Return policy:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need your order sooner than 5 days, please email us at sales.spiritandgems.com with the order number and urgency note.
NOTE: If you have placed an order for an item with customizations, the processing time will vary. You may reach out to us for an estimated delivery date beforehand.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Front Royal, VA. For orders under $50, we charge an $8 delivery fee for local delivery. If you are located outside of the town of Front Royal, we charge a $10 delivery fee on all orders.
Deliveries are made from 9am-11am and 6pm- 8pm, Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 300 South St, Front Royal VA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day if order is placed before 3pm. Next day pick-up is available for orders placed after 3pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12-5; Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.`
ORDER STATUS:
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at spiritandgems@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!
