Refund policy

REFUNDS - RETURNS - EXCHANGES

We have a NO return policy on custom orders. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to further customize or alter your piece. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and may require further expense. 

We may offer an exchange for pre-made orders. Shipping costs will be at your expense.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@spiritandgems.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Refunds may be an option in this case.
